I am the mother of 2 children, and the Nana of 2 granddaughters. I love camping, cooking, hunting, gardening, sewing, and spending time with family. I currently have an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and am working towards my BA in Early Childhood Education at Ball State University, where I hold a 4.0 cumulative GPA. I take my education very seriously because I want to better serve the families and children at SVELC and to do that I have to be the best I can be and I believe that starts with a good education!

I have many years of experience in Early Childhood Education and a passion and love for working with children. As an educator, I enjoy getting to watch children grow and develop into confident, self-sufficient learners that they are. I am known for being funny, loving, caring, and compassionate. I strive to help my students to be self-confident, have a good self-esteem, and be the

best they can be. I also like to help children find the social and emotional skills they need to succeed in life. I give the children real life experiences in the classroom to better prepare them and help them grow as individuals. I love being a part of the SVELC staff because they let us be our own person and it shows.
